akmal2u Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the akmal2u platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the akmal2u platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other interface — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and akmal2u as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
2 Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the akmal2u platform, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party with or without your authorisation.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify akmal2u immediately through the provided support channels.
- Granting account access to third parties is prohibited and may result in your account being suspended or closed.
Account Suspension & Closure
Akmal2u reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in breach of these terms, engaged in fraud, misuse of the platform, or who provided false information during registration. Such decisions are final, and akmal2u is not obligated to provide detailed explanations in all cases.
3 User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All akmal2u users are required to use this platform responsibly and to comply with the following rules:
- Strictly prohibited: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's systems, including the use of automated software, bots, or scripts for unauthorised purposes.
- Fraud prohibition: Any form of fraudulent transaction, use of unauthorised payment methods, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage are prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Personal use: Platform accounts and services are for personal use only. Commercial use or acting on behalf of a third party requires written authorisation from akmal2u.
- Appropriate content: Users are prohibited from sharing unlawful, obscene, or harmful content when interacting with the platform or customer support.
- Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension without prior warning.
4 Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the akmal2u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, belongs to them personally, and has sufficient funds for each transaction made.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via the payment methods supported by the platform, such as FPX and listed e-wallets. All deposits are final once confirmed by the payment system. akmal2u is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and the terms set by akmal2u. The platform reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for investigation if suspicious activity is detected on the account in question. All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
Unauthorised Transactions
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a violation of Malaysian law will be reported to the relevant authorities. akmal2u reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold any funds involved while an investigation is in progress.
5 Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The akmal2u platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. akmal2u makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors. In any circumstance, akmal2u's liability to users is limited to the active balance in the user's account at the time the claim is made. akmal2u is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the akmal2u platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of akmal2u and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution of content without written authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
This platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. akmal2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the respective third-party terms of service separately.
6 Amendments & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Akmal2u reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
